Intensely fruity flavors, clean and slightly sharp, the wine opens to the sensation of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, black currants and raspberries. The finish is supple and rounded.

Choice American barley and wheat malts are combined with a blend of noble hops to create this light, fruity, refreshing beer. Brewed in the style of the American Craft Beer renaissance, Blue Star is unfiltered, the yeast adding a complex note to the flavor profile.

Papa Celso has elegant aromas of red and black fruits. It is harmonic and balanced on the palate, with light acidity and subtle tannins round with pulpy fruit. Can develop in the bottle for many years. Pairs well with first pasta dishes with ragu sauce, white meat, and medium-aged cheeses.
