BAKER-EVO PIZZERIA
The Baker half of Baker and Brewer, Evo Pizzeria has been a Park Circle staple since 2007 serving incredibly delicious wood-fired pizzas, salads, calzones, and even desserts. They are bringing their amazing menu (and gigantic wood-fired ovens like the one pictured above) to Baker and Brewer with some new innovative twists made to perfectly complement the always amazing Holy City craft brews.
BREWER-HOLY CITY BREWING
It’s hard to remember when there wasn’t a new brewery popping up every other day in Charleston. Holy City Brewing started way back in 2011 before the craft beer scene in Charleston exploded, quickly became a local favorite, and remains so today. Need proof? The once small operation now makes roughly 6,000 barrels of beer per year and is planning to expand further with their 5 barrel brewhouse (pictured above) located at Baker and Brewer.
With these two local favorites joining forces, this new pizza pub is sure to be a hit. Local craft beer and wood-fired pizza? We can’t wait!
