Here are a couple of our favorite recipes for your Christmas spread:
Seasonal Sangria
2 bottles of your favorite Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay (or let us choose one for you!)
3/4 cup sparkling apple cider
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup cranberries, halved
3/4 cup cranberries, whole
1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
Rosemary sprigs for garnish
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher or beverage dispenser and stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for at least four hours and garnish with rosemary sprigs when serving.
Peppermint White Russian
3/4 oz Peppermint Schnapps
3/4 oz vodka of choice
3/4 oz Kahlua
Half & Half
Candy Canes, crushed
Rim old fashioned glass with crushed candy canes and fill with ice. Pour in Kahlua, vodka, Peppermint Schnapps and top off glass with half & half.
